課程目標 |
The purpose of this course is to provide students with the insight into the corporate financial management and capital markets. We will emphasize the financial aspects of managerial decisions and will cover most areas of finance, including the valuation of real and financial assets, cost of capital, capital budgeting, the trade-off between risk and expected return, corporate financing and payout policy. |

課程要求 |
Students are expected to attend all classes, to have prepared for the assigned case, and to answer questions raised. There is one case report that is due at the start of the class on the day which they are assigned. Each group turns in one report for each case. A group consists of no fewer than five or more than six students. We will discuss the case in the class and each student is expected to participate the case discussion. Laptops are allowed in class only for note-taking purposes. Financial calculators are recommended. |
